As for the countries with a government unapproved by the United States, this might be right. But when a country has a government as fascist as that of Iran, all the US government does is deal with the regime and care the least about civilians. I mean, look what they’ve done imposing all those bans and sanctions; what happened after all was setting fire to the whole quilt to burn the moth.
